Have you recently purchased a trailer, caravan or horsebox, and are worried about how to handle it on the roads?

If you've never towed before (or reversed something being towed), or have very little experience in towing then it is highly recommended that you take up some towing training from a professional driving school. 

DTS Driver Training is one of the very few driving schools in the country that provides towing courses that are accredited by Skills For Logistics - approved by DVSA.

We can provide B+E training your own trailer, caravan or horsebox to help you build your confidence, improve your towing & manoeuvering skills, learn how to properly couple/un-couple safely and learn about safety-loading & load-securing. For many years, we have helped many drivers pass their B+E tests (when it was compulsory) and also helped those who needed refresher training / familiarisation courses including reversing & parking too. 

Our training can consist of classroom delivery and/or practical training.

Upon successful completion of one of our courses, candidates will receive a DVSA-endorsed certificate of competence that could entitle them to insurance discounts. Please note only our accredited courses will provide such qualification that the insurance sector may recognise.

Towing is a skill that needs to be learnt to avoid costly accidents, injuries (or even worse) - here is where we come in! We also help fleet companies to train up their employee drivers who tow as part of their job too.
